Please note the processing fee, which works out to roughly $1.50 per person, plus 3% of the total (charged by Visa/Mastercard)

Please also be aware of our refund policy:

​Entry into the Storm Adventure Race is to be viewed as an all-in commitment made at the point of registration - please note that no refunds (partial or full) will be offered for any reason. 

Transfer of an entry, or changing team categories and/or members of a team will be permitted only if notification is given prior to registration closing on May 15, 2025. Switching to a different race length (Short, Long, or Advanced) will be permitted if space is available.  

In the event that a race is cancelled or postponed due to reasons beyond our control (including, but not limited to, severe weather, war, flood, pandemic, or any factor that may make the operation of the event dangerous to participants, staff and volunteers) the event will be converted to a virtual version. However, no refunds will be issued.

  • Receipt of your registration will be acknowledged via a confirmation email from Zone4. Contact us if you do not receive confirmation of your registration.
  • You can also check the confirmation list to verify that you are registered.
  • Race Day details are provided in the racer information packages, available under "Race Day Info" on each of the course pages:

PLEASE NOTE:
  • Registration will close on May 15, 2025 (or sooner if maximum capacity is reached). There are absolutely no Race Day registrations.
  • Racers under 18 years of age must be on a team that includes at least one adult.
  • The Family Category is open to teams in the Short Course event with racers under 13 years of age. 
  • Members of a team may be changed, but only if notification is given prior to registration closing on May 15, 2025.
